Yes, the website is once again under construction. The last year has been a roller-coaster ride but life has finally normalized, somewhat, and I'm now trying to clean up the mess I created by simplifying things by using Word Press. The end result of that experiment was the Word Press was so finicky that I didn't want to work on the site with the little time I had available. It's great for simple basic stuff, but I like my databases, and WP didn't like the custom code. This new site is done using MODX Revolution, a php framework that knows when to get out of the way of you doing work. Now if something breaks I'll know exactly where (i.e. in my code) and won't spend hours searching the internet for a fix to some rare bug. If you followed a link looking for something that's no longer here please drop me a line. I plan to bring back all the old content (weaving, brewing, and other articles) as time permits.
