Vikings in Miklagard Post Mortem
Below are my notes on what I could have done better at Vikings in Miklagard. This event went a lot smoother
than Aecademy. I attribute this to a larger support staff of local members and also to applying what I learned
from autocratting my first event.
- Bring a claw hammer. We could have used one on three different occasions.
- Need big troll banner. Not a big problem, but it would have helped.
- Need big A&S banner. Not a big problem, but we need more 'pretty' at our events.
- Set up buffet tables to work both sides of tables. We fixed this on the fly and the line sped up tremendously.
- Forgot about MOL and field herald for the tourney. I didn't have to deal with this at Aecademy and so it bit me here.
